Nvidia likes to try to add 5 other useless crap like their Physx and Audio Driver every time you update a graphics card, I always unselect everything except the basic graphics card driver.
If you don't have nvidia it may be something else, like realtek audio driver that IMO also seems useless to the basic audio driver we all seem to have. It also might be something completely different, maybe some other driver for something that may be borked, intsalled incorrectly, or contradicting another driver somehow.
