Well, I'm pretty sure it won't activate with the same serial number. I think you might be able to transfer it but if it boots up I think you'll have to activate with a different serial or bootleg the activation.

depends if your licence is retail or oem
retail you can keep your licence
oem you can't
to find out which licence you have open a cmd prompt and type
slmgr -dli

even if you have a retail version you will probably have to do a clean install as all the drivers will be different

If you just use the same hdd en swap it from your laptop to your pc, then yes. (i haven't used win 10 but i suppose it works the same as others)
