I'd go to your default gateway (typically 192.168.0.1, but you can find out by going to cmd in windows and typing ipconfig and looking for the ipv4 address that says "default gateway" next to it) and look at changing a few configurations.
Could you please explain what you're wanting to do and why? Not for me to judge but rather for me to actually help you get yourself what you want.
