I'm using a classic Start menu on Windows 10 (pic related, not me but the same style). I have a drop-down/expandable Programs and Apps folder in my Start menu.

Is there a way to create a custom folder of my own and make it drop-down/expandable? I know how to create a folder and have it in the Start menu, but I'm perplexed as to how to make it expandable, if I can at all.

Anyone know how?
