Oh, anon...
Right click on your image then select "Search image on google" or you can install 4chanX and enable image searching options, then it will make options appear like image related.
The longer way is opening a new tab on Chrome, selecting Google Image search and dragging the image on your computer to the search bar.

you could go to google images and drag the image there if you aren't using google chrome
