I thought it'd be easy to find other characters like that after I Googled it last night, but it doesn't get much since it's apparently way more global/well-known than other "eye types". There's the main boy from Toradora, though. "三白眼" are the Kanji for sanpaku, if you want to check Google or Pixiv for more. There's also the sanpaku tag on Gelbooru and others.
By the way, if you want some more names of eyes, there's also Tsurime and Tareme.
