but if anyone is wondering
from my research (because i like the model too)
the original creator os Kurumi13 and she made it for MMD purposes and as a celebration of 300watchers(followers) was made public for a short time
the creator (Kurumi13) is now inactive and probably gave up on her MMD stuff guessing from her edgy status on deviant art
if you want this model for VRChat purposes she specifically requested it to NOT be used for VRChat (IDK must have probs had some bad experience or just scared of avatar rippers)
but unluckily for her it appeared on VRCmods a couple years back
the files are scattered throughout the internet and i was lucky enough to catch them at one point
CONCLUSION:
The creator is not active anymore and the files are scattered around making it SUPER HARD to get a hold of
still an amazing model tho
