i had a thread like this 3-4 months ago and i tried youtube-dl but I couldn't get past cmd. Im not even a boomer or anything I built my computer i just have hundreds of touhou songs and i dont know how to work them out

None. Only trouble I had was mounting my mb to my case because I put on my cpu cooler on prematurely.

youtube-dl is really the best. I don't know of any other program that lets you download 60fps videos from YouTube. You simply have to type this:

normal download: youtube-dl -f bestvideo+bestaudio <url>
60fps download: youtube-dl -f bestvideo+bestaudio --merge-output-format mkv <url>

That's it.
