Turned on my computer this morning and the fans came on loud and a plume of dust spewed out from the top. The dust stopped after a second but the fans stayed high until I restarted the computer. It's clear to me now that I should actually be cleaning this thing, unless it somehow cleans itself when it needs to. Is that normal for a PC to do? To kick into overdrive when dust becomes an issue? Or is there another issue I need to take care of?
