I can't get any stream from twitch.tv to load. The website works fine and chat works as well.

Things i've tried
>Different web browsers, Firefox, IE
>Clear Cache In Chrome All Time Every Box Checked Basic & Advanced
>Reinstall chrome no extensions installed
>Incognito mode
>ipconfig /flush , ipconfig /renew , ipconfig /flushdns
>Restart PC multiple times
>Youtube , Liveleaks, Netflix & other video related sites all work fine
>I installed new NVIDIA Graphics Drivers *Idk why I'm desperate*

My PC has a direct Ethernet connection to my router
