Trying to remember the name of a doujin game, may had been a series too. It has a cutesy artstyle, iirc was made in RPGMaker or something similar. It was ocean/sea themed, with fish-themed girls. The protagonist herself was a pale looking human, who looked like a captain with a hat with an anchor. One of the significant things I remember was a sort of dream sequence that was pretty gruesome and turns the game creepier halfway through. Appreciate if anything knows the title. I remember it started with something like Wakashimete or something along those lines.
