I have got 50$ in my paypal account which i cant use (send it/ buy stuff), i didn't link my card/bank and i set the account to uk when i'm not actually in the uk if that helps. anyone familiar with paypal can help a brother out

It sounds like a protection against unusual transactions. I doubt you'll be able to do anything until you contact Paypal directly. Call them or something, don't just toss them an email.

Even if this was true, it would still be against their ToS. There's no problem here because this is exactly how it's meant to work. There's nothing to fix because this is the fix. Request solved Pajeet.
