Can anyone help me? I need a few articles, both scholarly and popular, to write about. I still have a while to get them, but I'd like to start early. I'll look on my own, but I figure asking here can't hurt.
For my English Composition class at college, I need to write something about public art. I need citations and then to write an argumentative paper. Suggestions for topics would be welcome, but I'm thinking about writing about externalities of public art, especially graffiti and architecture. And I could use an article about the application of broken windows policing in New York, maybe. And I could argue that the government should be very careful about public art it funds, and especially government buildings. (Architecture is counted as public art. And I came up with this because I wrote my last paper about a certain federal building built in the worst possible style.)
