>>475479I would recommend Sony Vegas for it's more user-friendly UI and workflow. It's not as powerful of a video editor as premiere/after effects but for the purpose of meme videos there's no real difference.

A week after I saw this video I learned pitch shifting from

If you plan on getting into serious video editing later on in life, you should probably do it the hard way and learn premier/after effects. Otherwise Vegas will spoil you and make you hate premier when you inevitably want to switch down the line. Or just learn Vegas and make funny memes.
