You suggested you like Youjo Senki.
I recommend trying out Youjo Senki. I read the various adaptations are pretty different. The anime has a lot of action (and it's not bad). The manga has a lot of misunderstandings (which largely serve as comedy). I also like the manga's art a lot better than the anime. Also the manga has stuff the anime skipped. Haven't touched the light or web novel yet. I should ask my library if they have the light novel. It's licensed in english. Manga is licensed in english too, although I think the scanlations are substantially farther along than legit/english-licensed.

There is an unlicensed (in english) spin off, Youjo Senki Restaurant

also some scanlation don't have all of chapter 11. Also some sites are missing bonus chapters. I'm not sure I've found a site that has everything. And I should probably stop looking and just wait for it to get translated and get it from my library.

Well, if you haven't already, consider reading the LN. I think I read that out of the manga, anime, and LN, the LN is the most comprehensive. One thing I read (citation: https://myanimelist.net/manga/88930/Youjo_Senki ) said that if you read the prologue and chapter one, you'll get a grasp on what the rest of it will be like.

I recall reading that the web novel doesn't have Visha, so I imagine that it's quite different.
