Hey guys, i made a thread about this about his before but i remember not getting any correct responses, so i'm trying again, with perhaps more details.

I'm looking for an album, some kind of surreal artsy-fartsy electronic music album. I remember the album cover being in black and white and having a baby pushchair in it.
Also some of the tracks contain french dialogue.
