Specifically from the site Suruga-ya. I want to use paypal but I read that you can't use it if you are buying R-18 items, so what's the best and cheapest proxy that'll do that for me?

I looked through a couple already, but wanted to see if anyone has experience with them since I've never bought anything with a proxy before.
