This week was Asian curry.
Last week was Mongolian.

Being a vegan also wont solve anything unless you're type of a person who really gain weight by meat products (still take meats once or twice per week)
Fasting also helps by cutting half of your calorie intake but still having foods for the day. Starving wont help at all.
