Hey /wsr/, could you help me find this browser game?

You had three nations to choose from, and it was a side scrolling 2d game. You had different types of units that you controlled. You were on the one part of the battlefield and enemy was on another. While engaging in battle you had to click on some kind of strenght-meter- which would decide how strong was your attack.

The soldiers were black, just as terrain and sky was colored. I briefly remember that the name of the game is actually a year, and it was like: XXXX.com
