So I'm rebuilding my computer after travelling with it deconstructed and I'm having no luck getting it to boot.

The parts I've replaced are the PSU and case.

Every time i try to boot, the GPU and Cpu fans spin for a second, then stop. Nothing appears on the screen.

I've even tried with a replacement PSU but still getting the same issue.

At this point im assuing that the mobo is probably dead? I cant see any damage to the pins in the cpu

Any ideas?
