I've been searching for this forever, I used to read this a ton when i was younger.

The story starts out with very generic hentai stuff and that part of it is very unimportant.
After they finish having sex they walk out into the blizzard, and lay in the snow dying. They had no way to be together so they decided to meet in the next life and the very last line one of them said was "So then, until that moment comes.. Sweet dreams."
I believe the conflict was something to do with their families, the last panel was people searching through the snow and you just see these two hands being held in death sorta like this pic.

This has been more relevant than ever for me and my own life.. and I really need to find this. Any help would be amazing anons. <3
