>>533174i should have added that a gigabit switch might be overkill. most powerline adapters dont even reach those speeds, and that will have to serve all the pcs on the other end. unless the main objective is lan transfers (data that doesnt need to reach/pass the powerline adapter, pc->switch->pc), then a higher bandwidth switch makes sense
