So I am a shitty editor but a friend needed help for a video

So now I have the task to remove a mosaic/pixellation from someone tatto

is there a way do to this in Sony Vegas?

PS. I came here last because I am lost and Reddit was no help

with sony vegas? from a video... desu i would've suggested photoshop but... for a video? imho there should be better software for a work like that :o

OP I hope you realise you can't just "de-mosaic" an image, you'll have to redraw the tattoo yourself (assuming you know what it looks like)
