You probably just watched Bakemonogatari.
If you're looking for the grown up Kiss-Shot version, you'll find like 15 minutes max of her appearance outside of the prequel movie that hasn't been translated yet.
Just tough through the first season (Bakemonogatari) of Monogatari Series if you really want to see Shinobu. The show by itself is worth it, too.
