Theres an internet comic or a short comic in general im looking for. I have the details but I can not for the life of me find it

Its about some sort of stone head comming down to a family, two kids find it and get stabbed by some sort of tendrils. One of them melts and the other is transformed into a monster who then procceeds to either kill or "convert" the rest of the family into more monsters before fusing into a new stone head and flying away.

its been a long time since ive seen this comic but it is driving me nuts to find it. Can anyone please help me? If you need more details i can provide descriptions
