>>560991Wash your sheets and pillowcases regularly, fix your diet, active showers. As far as skincare goes, every routine worth its salt is (at least) three steps - cleanser, toner, moisturizer. You don’t need to get super fancy with it. I will say, however, Thayer’s stuff works best for me personally and I just pair it with a simple aloe moisturizer.
Look into weekly masks, too. Homemade or sheet or Lush-style masks, whatever you prefer (or that you think would work better for you.)
Also, drink water. Which is the most basic thing. Drink loads of water. You’ll end up peeing a lot but a lack of water is a big cause in a lot of skin problem.
