Got a tooth pulled and a bone graft because sinus cavity. Everywhere I looked it says to bone graft is supposed to do its thing for 2 to 3 weeks but it's hardly day 3 and clumps of it are coming out. Even it I so much as take a gentle swig of water some of it will loosen and fall out. Is this normal? I haven't eaten on that side of my mouth or anything that would disturb it. What do?
