All right, I didn't read the /c/ thread creation rules and now I'm here. I'm looking for smol cute anime girls who violate two or more of these design principles:

>1. Hair forming a "frame" for both sides of the face.
>2. Hair on forehead.
Blunt bangs, stray locks, peek-a-bangs covering one eye. Anything besides hair pulled back, up or sideways.
>3. Impractical amount of hair.
Enough that it would curve more than 90 degrees if she had her neck to the back of a table.
>4. Cute girlish detail like curls, or girlish accessories like hair decs.
The sort of thing that would look out-of-place on an adult woman.

There are a disproportionate number of characters with all these traits. A Hime cut meets 1 and 2, and in anime usually hits 3, so that's out of the question. I've noticed very few exceptions to these narrow clauses. So few that I don't have enough badges to challenge /c/. Help.
