It's running Windows 10. It starts bootung up, shits out, flashes a white screen several times, and repeats the whole process. I can open up system repair and nothing does anything. This reset screen will get to 30% and crash. System restore won't work. Everything is fucking out. I have a windows media installation on a USB, but the drive is lock protected so I can't reset it using that. I don't want to have to delete everything. Chkdsk isn't working with the command prompt, instead just telling me shit is write protected. What do.
