I saw it a while ago, its a more modern anime, made probably in the last 10 years at some point, all I know was there was a guy who saw a female ghost in his apartment who never leaves, and they play a game where if he can touch her he gets to go out with her or something like that, please help i cant find the name of the anime its killing me, pic unrelated
