From my experience as a third-world piratefag, the best website for that particular purpose is
https://pcgames-download.com/ which was first known otherwise as
pcgames-download.net. Said website is the best for newer, more popular games at least, especially games that can be bought on Steam, and as they moved the website from .net to .com, (I actually don't know anything about running a website sorry) that's some solid proof that they're pretty damn good at what they are doing (if you can consider earning money from piracy good, so to speak). The only major downside for pcgames-download is the lack of torrent links.
Now if you are looking for more obscure and older games the best website from my experience will be
https://www.apunkagames.net/ and oh boy, are they crazy about pirating just about any video game you have never even thought existed before. apunka even uploads early access games and beta release games from Steam, something not even pcgames-download won't even dare to do at all (because it is pretty damn stupid, in my opinion). They have the same downside as pcgames-download though, they have no torrent links as well, simply put, I have little to no experience with downloading from torrent websites which can be considered weird as I've mentioned that I am a third-world piratefag, after all.
