I've been dealing with this for some time now. My PS4 pro has really wonky and inconsistent menus. Sometimes it'll just randomly take a full minute or two to load up my friend's profile or the playstation store. Even when I'm not running a game it'll just lag on the most random of things. I tried rebuilding my database but that did nothing. Is it just me?
