that's.. a lot of work, anon. also, 1280.x720 is big for a .gif, and gif compression isn't very compress-y and tends to result in huge files.

This is the hair and eyes moving but with gamma changed. These took alot of time and work so I hope the OP is still around to appreciate what the other Anon and myself did.

I didn't do much in the first place, just ran some watery filter to make everything wobble and then masked off the parts that weren't supposed to move (mostly the face). Pretty good results considering how little effort it was. Animation is difficult.

My mask wasn't that great, thanks for refining it more. I probably should have cleaned the eyes first... once you notice the googly-eyed effect it's hard to unsee it. (lol)
