Can someone give me a hand resizing an image, please?

The file size of this thing is so big it refuses to open in my Photoshop. It's currently 4200x4200, can someone shrink it down to about 1200x1200? I'd greatly appreciate it.

also have a Chaika for the hell of it.
I don't recall photoshop having trouble opening anything, do you run out of memory?

Well, technically it's not Photoshop, it's a browser-based equivalent. It wasn't giving me an error message or anything, it would just be "opening" forever. I dunno, maybe I just didn't give it enough time (even though I waited super long at one point and it still didn't open).

If it's browser based than its probably larger than the res limit they set for uploads. Actual PS wouldn't have trouble opening an image of that res since its on your computer, and it uses your own resources to bring it up.
I'd recommend getting photoshop, even if you need to get a "complimentary" version
