>>592756Only two I can think of without doing more work than I want to are Koi wa Ameagari no You ni and Fune wo Amu. And neither of them are 100% /lit/.
The first, Koi wa Ameagari no You ni, is half about a girl falling in love with an older man and half about the older guy who is also a writer. I didn't enjoy it too much, but you might enjoy the writer aspect of the older man's character.
While the second anime, Fune wo Amu, is about funding and creating a dictionary, which is surprisingly a great watch, though a little boring. There are mid-episode blips that advertise kid dictionaries or something which are annoying, but besides that, you might find it enjoyable.
From some Googling, there's also Bakuman, but that's more about creating a manga rather than a book, which probably isn't what you want.
Sorry for the weak reply, maybe someone else knows some decent anime about writers. Unfortunately, I don't think there are many, if at all, that center on a writer as well as the writing aspect. 'Cause there's stuff like Whisper of the Heart and Tsuki ga Kirei that also feature writers as the protagonists, but focus more on the romance than their writing. But definitely check both of them out.
