Well what have you watched already?
Because the well known popular anime are typically popular for a reason, the question then is more if you have already watched them.
Like Attack on Titan, it's good and has interesting story, but have you watched this pretty obvious one already?

First season is good, rest are bad. Read the LNs instead, story is interesting if you don't mind that the MC and his crew are basically invincible and will never face a ''beat this monster/villain of the week or die'' challenge. Don't speedread.
