You're holding them right?

If that didn't work you'll have to do a hard reset. Hold volume down instead of up, it'll go to a menu that you can click around with using the volume buttons. Volume down to Factory Reset and press power. You'll lose everything on your phone.

There's pretty much no reason it wouldn't. You can even try getting to that menu and just hitting reboot instead of reset. It really shouldn't be this bricked.
