As for stuff not in the picture, K-On!, Sketchbook, Non Non Biyori, Hinamatsuri, Hakumei to Mikochi, and The Cat Returns are all pretty great. And if you want something for Christmas, I'd highly recommend giving Tokyo Godfathers a watch.
