>>605195Yeah it's called getting certs. Employers don't care what your bachelor is as long as you have one + IT skills (and if you're good enough you don't even need a degree in the first place). Person I know makes 180k in IT with a fucking english lit major so you should be fine.
Cisco certs are the best to break in imo but are heavily focused on the networking side of things. Comptia is kind of lower level/less technical but gives you broader knowledge of the field if you're a noob. After getting either Net+ or CCNA I recommend applying for some L1 helpdesk jobs while studying something more complex. CCNP, JNCP, RHCE, maybe amazon cloud, MCSE. It all depends on what you want to specialise in.
Or you could always just abuse benzos to deal with normies, your choice.
