First off, Merry Christmas and Happy holidays. Second; So I bought a game (Fallout one and Two) because Steam said could play them on my Mac. Turns out that was wrong. Is there a way I can download Bootcamp without paying for it?

Bootcamp is free and you don't have to pay for it.
It's also entirely unnecessary as you can boot Windows 10 (the only Windows you can actually buy) directly from UEFI.

The thing you need to pay for is Windows, because macs don't come with Windows.
