You used some dumb tool that doesn't write JPGs the right length.

4chan gets triggered by any JPG where the length header and filesize don't match.

Try a more mainstream tool. Or being more original.

If you google "Possible malicious code detected in image file" you get this thread: https://yuki.la/q/265041 where Anonymous 265091 explains the reason behind the mysterious error message.
If you open up the suspicious file in a hex editor you'll see that it does in fact contain the string .jse in ASCII - not out of maliciousness, but pure coincidence. Every file contains thousands of lines of data so you're bound to encounter any given phrase eventually.
You can verify that the .jse theory is correct by downloading any .png from 4chan and adding an iTXT chunk containing the string ".jse" in TweakPNG. You'll get the malicious code error when you try to upload the .png with the new chunk, but it'll upload correctly once the chunk is removed.
