Her original name is Wasuri, in the same thread it was later discussed that Wasure meant "to forget" and a lot of people thought it'd fit her better after an anon wrote a story about her origins
However most anons could still not decide which name to use whilst some were still arguing over the fact that Spoon-chan didn't get to be her name
In the end it was decides that she should be called Wasuri, Spoon-chan, Wasure
That way anons could call her by her First name, middle name, or last name and still be happy
