(semi)realistic combat sports anime & manga

I am looking for recommendations on realistic (or at least semi-realistic) martial arts and combat sports anime & manga so no lolis beating up demon bears, ki-attacks and ending earthquakes with a punch. I am also fine with historical martial arts. Overall I would prefer those involving grappling. Also, I need them to have an English translation.

-All Rounder Meguru (the most realistic manga about MMA I've seen)

-Hajime no Ippo
-Ashita no Joe

-Shigurui

Dropped it after 3 chapters. The techniques where all over the place, it gave of too much of a Baki-like feeling. The guy that just scratches the enemy made me put it down.

Ok, I read first 42 chapters of Keiji. This series has lost me. Tiny legendary martial artist who easily defeat 60 men with shovels and can't be moved by sumo champion was already pretty bad but it was just a story told by someone so it could be exaggerate but then we get pic related.
Anyone has series with more realistic view on cross martial competitions? Some Kano Paradox instead of Miyagi's Wax Up and Down?

I checked a couple chapters long ago and characters seemed too flat and it was bordering feminist fantasy (pic related they are both pros so she would probably get absolutely rekt, I could accept if she won after a close fight, but dominating while keeping her glasses on was just too much). Does it get better later on?
