looking for an image I remember regularly being used as kek reaction images in threads, I thought I had it saved to my comp but apparently not.

All I can recall is that its a blak and white manga pic of a guy with his slightly open laughing, slicked back kinda messy hair, I think he was a highschooler. looks like he'd be making a wheezing sound if vocals were applied to the pic.
