If you are asking why it is so full that you have no extra space, then that is entirely dependent on what you downloaded. I recommend right-clicking through each folder, starting at the root (beginning) of the D: drive, opening properties and see where all the space is being consumed at. As you keep narrowing it down, you might find a couple of folders you don't need that is taking up a lot of space and you can start deleting things from there. Or you can just uninstall unnecessary games/applications from there. It's all up to you.
