Some time ago I saw a clip from some anime.

The scene featured two schoolgirls, one of them noticed that the other girl has pantyhose ripped on her knee. She offered to fix it either with band aid or marker. But the other girl chooses to pull down her pantyhose.
I'm fairly sure it was some moeshit anime.

any help?
