I've been experimenting with using artificial neural network technology to upscale images. I've managed to get the best results with anime and other cartoons due to the smaller variation in color. I'd like to play a game where you give me low res images of cartoons and I'll do my best to upscale it. Ideally, you will search for a larger version of the image with a reverse image search program first, as any up-scaling will still likely be inferior to the original.
