you put your name and your contact details. you don't have to put your age.
you list all of the work you've ever done that is relevant to the position you're applying for. if you're after a position with a supermarket, they don't need to know about your journalism experience.
then you list all the education qualifications that are relevant to the position.
THEN you list any of your hobbies that you think might get you in the door for an interview.
you should compose a different resume for each application, and never makes hit up, because if they check and find you're lying, they'll just drop the application in the trash.
