Hey Guys! Can you redesign this logo? I honestly am at a loss for what to do to improve it, but i'm wanting to make the team's logo more fresh. I dont know if this is too vague, and if you have any questions i'll be around.

there was one founded in 2016 but they currently dont have a manager, and they were never an official cup team. (that could change though.)

/qa/ - Question & Answer is also a team that has never existed, it has a logo but it's from 2015 and not that great.

There's no saying if any of these teams ever started existing that they'd keep your logo, but a strong base image to rally around could in theory help any of them build interest later.

enough of a board identity to name 23 individual players and a lad with enough free time to at the very least ask around for what those 23 players should be and optionally get mired in a world of virtual divegrass (soccer [football])

a caretaker is responsible for asking around for players names and keeping interest in the board. They can also optionally get in on the visuals side of things if they want to.

Managers are expected to stay on top of the things that are optional for caretakers, and additionally actually give instructions to how the team plays in tournament.

IDK man, some people take this stuff too serious and get upset when teams that seem to have "less skin in the game" win out over them. You don't have to reveal who you are to caretake, so just doing that and remaining relatively anonymous might be your better bet here.

I also think that a /wsr/ team would be really fun and i'd love to see the team actually being liv for once.
And it seems like there's at least some interest so don't be discouraged if you really wanna give it a shot!
