Holy shieeeet Anons,
I've been postponing my master's for a while now. I managed to write down preety much half of it but apparently I've never saved it, well I am preety sure I did once - but last thursday I was appointed for a job interview, so the very morning I just grabbed my laptop, took it with me. Turns out it wasn't needed so once I got back home I did not unload it untill today when I decided to have a look at my CV. Obviously Recover a Document window popped out to the left with the name of my masters - exactly 2 versions of those, one of which was meant "latest" so without thinking I recovered it and moved onto my CV. Once I was done with it, I decided to add smth more to my master's and there I saw it - The "Latest Version" has been recovered from 2 months back with two fucking pages of text.
TL:DR - I have propably overwriten longer file with the shorter one, unless it was gone the very moment laptop went off due to low battery while in my backpack.
Is there a way to recover the .docx version from before the laptop went off in my backpack. Word has been popping out my final version everytime so it should have something left right? I managed to recover like 3 .tmp files from the bin, yet I am unable to bring it back to .docx. Also tried cracked Recuva and AppData temp, Recuva did not shown any docs, same with Temp. Please, is there anything else I can try?
